However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the availability of any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or gift card of your payment excluding the shipping fee.

When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and process the payment.

Prices for products on our website are listed in the currency specified on the website and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying the price displayed at the time you place your order. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and will be added to the final purchase price.

6. PAYMENT

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount for the products, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

 

We use a third-party payment gateway to process payments on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider. We are not responsible for any issues, errors, or disputes related to the payment processing. You acknowledge and accept that the third-party payment gateway is responsible for the security and processing of your payment information.

7. LIABILITY

  1. Limited Liability for User Usage: You understand and acknowledge that the usage of baby clothing carries inherent risks. We are not liable for any injury, harm, or accidents that may occur while using our products. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure the safe and appropriate use of our clothing. This includes improper remedy of defective products, alteration of the products, unsuitable or improper use, wilful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, as well as fair wear and tear, by you or any third party.

  2. Customer Responsibility: By using our website, you are responsible for any purchases made through your account, even if those purchases were not authorized by you. You must take measures to safeguard your account credentials and report any unauthorized use immediately.

  3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the products purchased on it.

  4. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Malaysian law. In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8.SHIPPING

 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. For more details please refer to our FAQ section.

9. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you've received an incorrect item, please reach out to us along with your order number and provide a photograph of the item. You can do this by contacting us through WhatsApp or by emailing us at cheekie.care@gmail.com. We will then guide you through the process of returning the item to us, and we'll ensure to reimburse your postage expenses.

The maximum amount refundable for postage costs will be equivalent to the least expensive delivery method we have available. For instance, if we provide a delivery option for a product within 7-21 days at a certain cost, and you opt for a quicker delivery method at a higher cost, we will refund only the amount you would have paid for the more economical delivery option.

Please take note that the items you return must be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have the tags intact. If the correct item is no longer available in our inventory, we will issue a store credit in its place.

10. REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds. Please check the size measurements via the size chart to ensure items you purchase meets your measurements requirements.

11. EXCHANGES AND DEFECTS

If your ordered items are defected or damaged upon delivery.

  1. Kindly drop us an email using  cheekie.care@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Name and address of sender and recipient

    • Pictures of the items damaged and clear pictures of the damaged areas.

    • Pictures of the original parcel when you received it.

    • Description of the issue

  2. Please do wait for an email confirmation regarding the status of your exchange request.

  3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will inform you where to send the items back.

  4. All exchange items will be assessed and we will issue a replacement order.  Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
